No Regret Productions is a leading Audio/Visual production company and we are looking for an awesome, out-going, and talented Sales and Event Coordinator.
- Responsible for pursuing new business and executing marketing strategy in the corporate and wedding segments
- Manage day to day customer service relations and organization
- Establish new business through lead generation from referrals as well as cold-calling.
- Develop and grow social media content coordinating efforts with our Social Media Manager.
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of established objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors. A thorough understanding of products and services offered is expected.
- Direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, coinciding with advertising and promotions.
- Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services; analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends by means of market research.
- Monitor website/social media for optimization and up-to-date materials and services.
- Develop and execute specific objectives to ensure growth and success.
- Track and report lead generation to supervisor in a consistent and timely manner.
- Manage client relations and customer satisfaction through surveys and referrals.
- 20-30 New Leads Generated per week
- 1-2 new blog posts per week
- Organize scheduling of meetings and techs for events
- Schedule weekly one-on-one meeting with supervisor
- Coordinate marketing activities and create marketing materials
- Organize all activities on spreadsheet for supervisor to track
- Must be comfortable talking with clients over phone and in person
